A: Getting to cook with people I don’t know and seeing things I never seen before get mixed into one dish.
Q: What did you make for dinner today? What was in it?
A: Scrambled eggs with potatoes, tomatoes, Cotija cheese, onions, peppers and spices.
Q: What is your favorite cultural dish? Do you know how to make it?
A: Kitfo/Doro. No, but I eat it at home.
Q: What did you eat for breakfast? For lunch?
A: Nothing (for breakfast).
